Welcome to Villa Borghese III! The way we see it, Villa Borghese III is one of the more unique restaurants in Jersey City! Carrying on the important “garden to table” tradition of his family, the restaurant features Executive Chef Michael Colletti’s creative, Modern Seasonal Italian cuisine, based on family recipes using locally-sourced ingredients.

Located in the mixed-use community of the Downtown Newport section of Jersey City, we are located less than 5 minutes outside of the Holland Tunnel on the New Jersey side, a short walk from the Newport PATH Train Station, and mere steps from the Newport stop of the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail.
