We are hiring Lead Guides for the 2023 season! This is a contract position, with flexible/full time hours (June-Aug/Sept). You will be leading tours, lessons, and/or youth programs out of Hoboken, across from midtown Manhattan. We are entering our 10th year in business, and have a loyal team of guides and assistants who will ensure you receive all necessary training, and are never alone on the water with a group of more than 6 paddlers. We are passionate about environmentalism, community building, and outdoor recreation, and want more enthusiastic paddle-lovers to join our team!

Requirements:
- American Canoe Association Certified Guide (or, working towards that certification)
- Can work at least 1 day every weekend, available most weekdays
- Comfortable lifting boats, spending extensive time outside/on the water, and commuting to Hoboken
- Comfortable with children, mixed groups, memorizing historical landmarks for tours, and navigating water safety (training provided)
